MATERIAL

Only the best quality water radiator copper tubing of 0.15mm wall thickness, and 0.11 mm or 0.15mm copper film.

QUOTATIONS

Quotations and advice are free. Please supply full information about the make, model and year of the vehicle. Dimensions of height, width and thickness of the core should be to the nearest 1mm. If your core is unusual in any way, send a pencil rubbing of the face pattern and a paper template of the shape.

RADIATORS

We can handle the complete restoration of your radiator, shell and badge.

Each job is treated as an individual and quoted accordingly. It needs to be kept in mind that Replicore aims to reproduce exactly the type of core your car originally had. If our product is not suitable, we will tell you so and suggest a more appropriate alternative for your vehicle.

By the very nature of the method of construction of cartridge cores (this is early 20th century technology remember!), together with the cost of the raw tubing, this type of core will be considered expensive by some. We are continually seeking a cheaper source of tube but quality comes first.

By using traditional methods of manufacture and the best of modern materials, we aim to please you, the restorer who wants the vehicle the way it originally was.

Your duplicate core will, if properly maintained, see another 50 or 60 years of working life.
